Baan Kularb

  • There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance but be sure to enjoy some meals at your villa as well in the charming dining pavilion, which is linked to the kitchen by a small water feature.

  • If you’re in the mood for indoor entertainment, make yourself comfortable in front of the Smart TV and watch a blockbuster movie. For a quieter time, curl up with an interesting book or challenge your family to a board game

  • For a romantic end to a memorable day in paradise, ask the staff to prepare a couple of sundowners; relax on your pool terrace or beside the beach and invite your partner to join you. Inspiration will surely follow.

Baan Leelawadee

  • Is there anything more relaxing than a few hours by the pool? Enjoy some me-time on the sunbeds under the shade of parasols. Savour breathtaking views of the ocean as you take a dip in the 12-metre infinity pool. Featuring an infinity edge overlooking the beach, it also has newly-installed stainless steel steps for easier access.

  • If you’re in the mood for some indoor relaxation, the villa has everything you need. Make yourself comfortable in the living area and watch your favourite shows on the Apple TV. Plug in the SONOS sound system to your mobile phone via Bluetooth and enjoy your playlist in style. Indulge in late-night binge-watching, thanks to the Smart TV in all the bedrooms. Stay connected to the outside world using the free Wi-Fi service.

  • Kids under 2 stay free of charge and share beds with their parents. Request a complimentary baby cot and high chair to make them comfortable. Babysitting service is available with a minimum of 4-hour advance notice (available at an additional cost). There is plenty of space for the little ones to roam freely and keep themselves entertained. This includes a shallow zone in the pool, specially designed for their safety.

Baan Benjamart

  • Start each day with breakfast served alfresco, then soak in the sunshine from the Baan Benjamart pool terrace or take the path down to the ocean for a swim. The terrace provides dramatic panoramic ocean views and comfortable furnishings alongside the dazzling infinity pool.

  • In the evenings, enjoy delicious meals with your companions, tell stories and sip cocktails in the balmy Koh Samui air beside the luminous waters of the pool.

  • All it takes is a few steps outside of your villa to get to your private beachfront − a quiet long stretch of golden sand and calm waters. Take a dip and cool down from the tropical heat or go for a peaceful afternoon stroll.

Baan Feung Fah

  • Your four-bedroom villa has a private pool with a beautiful floating sala offering a dreamy setting for gazing at the jaw-dropping views.

  • Stroll along the beach to Fisherman’s Village, it’s a fascinating place to visit and only a short walk from the villa.

  • Wend your way around the coastline in a kayak. Two kayaks are shared within the Estate – one double seat and one single seat.

Baan Ban Buri

  • The wonderful thing about being only footsteps away from the beach is the element of choice, pool or beach? If you choose the pool, you can simply relax on the sunbeds under a shady parasol. There’s also a covered sala where you can enjoy a refreshing drink while looking out at the ocean views.

  • It’s easy to find a spot all to yourself on the expansive Bophut Beach, where the sea is calm, allowing for a very pleasant swim. The soft sand and lapping waves invite you to walk along the water’s edge.

  • One of the best and most peaceful ways to explore the coastline or go birdwatching is by kayak. You can go on your own, or share a kayak with one of your companions. The estate provides two kayaks for your use.

Baan Ratree

  • The swimming pool, with its terraces and sala, is the social hub of the villa, the place to gather with your family or friends, or relax with a bestseller in one hand and a cocktail in the other as you absorb the beauty of your surroundings.

  • Salute the sun with a yoga session on the pool deck, or surrender your mind, body and soul to the twists and turns of a Thai massage. You can enjoy both of these activities at an additional cost.

  • One of the joys of tropical living is the element of choice. When you feel you’ve had enough time in the sun, move to the indoor living room, where you can kick back and watch a blockbuster movie on the Smart TV, guilt-free, because you’re on holiday.

Baan Bua Sawan

  • Wake up in a luxurious bed and enjoy a leisurely alfresco breakfast before taking a dip in the pool. Pick up a book and kick back on a pool lounger; there is no escaping that incredible view

  • On the second level of the villa’s main pavilion is the sunny and breezy living area. Around its cushioned, woven-wood sofas and chairs oriented towards a widescreen TV, you can all await the next episode of the newest hit series

  • If you’re lucky enough to be sleeping in the master suite, enjoy some me-time watching a movie on your Smart TV in your private lounge area. Alternatively take a long soak in your sunken bathtub while admiring the view from your picture window.

“Great service, great accommodation”

The property is really spacious and is perfect for a holiday with friends and/or family. There is enough space for 6 people. The beach is just a stone's throw away and is suitable for a walk or a swim. A walk to the beach to Fischerman's Village is also recommended and offers on the way there one or the other beach bar if you want a refreshment. The team and the accommodation itself are great and worth a stay. All around service and all wishes you have are fulfilled.
