Located on the western end of the peaceful Bophut beach, within easy reach of restaurants, bars, and spas on Koh Samui’s prestigious northern shore, Dhevatara Residence Estate boasts an exclusive beachfront location with a spectacular sunrise view. The contemporary designed estate has 8 villas, with a total of 31 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 62 guests.

 Five of the villas are absolutely beachfront (4-bedroom Baan Kularb, 4-bedroom Baan Feung Fah, 4-bedroom Baan Leelawadee, 4-bedroom Baan Benjamart, and 4-bedroom Baan Ban Buri) and three are set on the hillside behind blessed with ocean views (3-bedroom Baan Maliwan, 4-bedroom Baan Ratree, and 4-bedroom Baan Bua Sawan). The contemporary design and décor is complemented by natural wood elements and tasteful Thai accents to create a modern yet timeless ambience, while the two-tiered wood-shingle roof structures add yet a further sense of Thai authenticity.

This secure gated enclave is only a few steps from the soft yellow sands and tropical wonders of the beach, and within striking distance of major tourist attractions such as Big Buddha and Koh Phangan. Here, you can experience leg-buckling views of the bay, sumptuous meals by a private chef and a whole host of modern amenities, including a barbecue shared among all the villas on the estate. Other shared amenities include a pair of kayaks, one double seater and one single seater, perfect for a solo adventure or a fun family outing. 

Each villa has a fully-functioning kitchen, with an oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, rice cooker and more. 

If you’re working remotely, a complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet service is provided throughout the estate, connecting you to the rest of the world. Other complementary services include 1 x roundtrip airport transfer, daily continental breakfast, and a baby cot/high chair (upon request). The estate also has a back-up generator.
