Boasting four bedrooms, the villa oozes effortless luxury and accommodates 8 guests. The whole property is designed on one floor, making it convenient for children and elderly guests. 

Experience jaw-dropping views of the bay, sumptuous meals by a private chef and a host of modern amenities. You won’t get enough of the villa’s sprawling, blue-tiled infinity pool. Boasting panoramic vistas, there’s also a shallow zone for the little ones. Afterwards, make yourself comfortable on one of the 6 sunbeds and enjoy a nice book under a parasol.  Indulge in al-fresco dining at the outdoor sala, which is equipped with outdoor speakers to set the mood. 

Explore the turquoise blue waters of Bophut with a pair of kayaks that is shared amongst all the villas within Dhevatara Residence. These include one double seat and one single seat, perfect for a solo adventure or a fun family outing. Fire up the BBQ, which is also shared within the estate.

Relax in the open-plan living area and enjoy the intoxicating sea breeze. Outfitted with dewy white seating arrangement, glossy wooden furnishing and pops of colour, you’re enveloped by a feeling of warmth and homeliness.

Settle down before the Apple TV and catch up on your favourite shows. Connect the SONOS sound system to your mobile phone using Bluetooth. If you’re working remotely, the free high-speed Wi-Fi connects you to the rest of the world. Other complementary services include 1x roundtrip airport transfer, daily continental breakfast, and a baby cot/high chair (upon request). 

There’s a fully-functioning kitchen, which comprises an oven, electric stove top, a microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, rice cooker and dishwasher. Gather around the indoor dining table to enjoy mouthwatering meals with your loved ones. 

All four bedrooms are provided with rustic teak beds, crisp white linens and cheerful lemon throws. The master suite features a Samsung Smart TV, perfect for late-night binge-watching. Along with an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and rain shower, it also has indoor and outdoor showers. A delightful small garden connects the master suite to the bedroom pavilion. Out of the remaining bedrooms, two are located on the ground floor. One with a king-size bed, while the other has a twin bed. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and contains a king-size bed, AC and private balcony. All have Cable TVs and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers.

What’s more? The pool offers newly-installed stainless steel steps making it easy to use for guests with special needs.

The Fine Print

  • Rates include welcome drink and fruit basket, WiFi, and daily breakfast.

  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

    • Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate

    •Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

    • Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate

    • After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

  • Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

    Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

  • Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five(5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.

    No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

  • Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person inclusive of daily breakfast. Two extra beds are available.

    Under 2 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.

    Baby cot and high chair provided free of charge upon request, and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.

    Babysitting service may be arranged on an hourly, daily or weekly rate through Concierge. Booking in advance is required.
