The four-bedroom Baan Kularb fully encompasses the concept of the indoor-outdoor tropical living experience, while also providing a private, flexible, comfortable and totally luxurious beachfront escape.

Large open terraces, garden areas, a breezy living pavilion, 12-metre infinity swimming pool with a shallow area for children, sala, outdoor dining area and private access to a tranquil stretch of beach ensures that this sophisticated villa has everything you could possibly want for a blissful holiday. From the moment you pass through the intricately carved wooden entrance doors, you'll be captivated by the attention to detail and clever layout of the property, with beautiful beach views at every turn. Tasteful furnishings, décor, natural materials and colourful accents complement the modern design.  

The living pavilion is furnished with comfy sofas, a coffee table and a Smart TV. The adjacent dining area has a dining table and eight chairs. On three sides, glass doors completely fold away, transforming the space into an open living and dining room. Behind this is a pond feature with sunken stepping stones leading to the kitchen, which also has folding doors that open completely. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the range chrome appliances and a central island feature incorporating a breakfast bar. The swimming pool faces the beach, and is presided over by a sala, which appears to float upon the water. Adjustable deck chairs are also positioned poolside. 

The master bedroom occupies a standalone pavilion, equipped with a Smart TV and furnished with a four-poster king-size bed and complimenting furniture. At the front of the room, glass doors lead to the sun terrace, the lawn, pool and the beach. The room is adjoined by a large ensuite bathroom, which is dominated by an oversized, raised bathtub that sits directly opposite the doors and from where you can soak and relax whilst looking through the bedroom towards the sea, there is a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

One of the guestrooms is furnished with twin beds and the other two with king beds. Each has an ensuite shower room and glass sliding doors looking across the garden, the pool and the ocean.

    Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

  • Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five(5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.

    Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
