“Absolute bliss!”
We stayed here for 12 amazing days, I would highly, highly recommend this villa. The staff were wonderful and the chef used to work in a 5 star hotel, so the food was delicious - he was able to cater to everyone's tastes, including our kids. I was particularly impressed how they noticed the small things - one night the kids went swimming and the next day, they left out extra towels in the evening in case they went swimming again. The rooms were clean, towels and sheets changed regularly, the swimming pool was spotless every day. The location is fantastic, it was a 2km walk from Fisherman's village, and you could get there walking along the road or along the beachfront. We loved being beachfront - while you can't swim directly in front of the villa, you just needed to walk literally 2 mins down the beach to be in a good swim area.

“Top notch house at the beach for a rest and close to the action! ”
An enchanting stay! I had the opportunity to be at Baan Leelawadee in Koh Samui for a week. The location is really perfect on the beach and very quiet, yet close to all amenities (shops, beach bars, restaurants, golf, etc.). The staff of 4 is taking care of you every minute (including when I lost the safe key!) and preparing delightful food from Thailand and elsewhere. The house is very spacious and tastefully furnished with a great covered patio overlooking beach (my favorite) and a large pool (I like doing laps!). Rooms are large and well furnished with all what you would like to find in a high-end hotel. Finally, Baan Leelawadee is ideal if you like to entertain. Thanks to its large terraces and the fully opening living room - while the staff is taking care of food and beverages. This accommodation is strongly recommended for large families or groups of adults. Finally, the island feels really authentic while offering all the sophistication that you would expect from a high-end resort.

“Simply heaven.”
Simply heaven. We stayed at Baan Benjamart for 5 nghts, in December 2019. Family of 7 adults, and this place is nothing short of magnificent. The rooms are all good in size, with amazing views of the ocean. The swimming pool is very clean and very well maintained. Special thanks to the staff who took amazing care of us and maintain the villa very well. The villa also has an access to a private beach. Did not want to leave this place. It is mind bogglingly beautiful!!

“Definitely a great experience!”
This is one of those properties that you walk into and just drop your jaw because it’s so beautiful that the photos don’t do it justice. Having your own private pool and beach area are just the tip of what makes this place amazing. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and includes glass water bottles. Breakfast is also included which was much more than we expected- yogurt, granola, cereal, milk, fresh juices, bacon, sausage, eggs prepared however you like, bread, varied patties, butter, jams, coffee. Heidi was the most helpful person and would recommend activities, anticipate our next meals and maintained a clean property at all times. We ordered one chef-curated meal each day by picking specific menu items and were not disappointed once. It’s more affordable to have meals back at the villa versus restaurants and you can’t beat the convenience. They will even grocery shop for you if you need supplies (we only ordered beer in addition to the meals but the premium only cost about $1/beer).There were even a few pool floaties provided and a kayak. Walking was simple if you’re willing to make the trek in the heat. Family mart was less than 10 minutes walk for alcohol and last minute needs. Fisherman’s village was 35 minutes walk to the East, Mae Nam was 35 minutes walk to the west. The Angthong Marine Park was a fun full-day excursion and beautiful to see! Please stay here! Beautiful with great privacy and an amazing staff!

“An unforgettable holiday!!”
We had the most wonderful time staying here over Christmas. The villa is incredible. The rooms are all huge and everything looks just like the photos on the website. It was a real ‘wow’ moment when we arrived, and the feeling continued throughout our stay. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful pool and great sea views! The villa is in a great location - super easy to get to nearby supermarkets and the gorgeous Fisherman’s Village which are a few minutes away by car. One of the best parts of our stay was the service we received from the incredible staff. They really were superb. They bent over backwards to help us with everything! We had wonderful Thai food cooked for us every day for lunch/ dinner, and the breakfasts each morning were amazing. One of the ladies, Pang, is amazing! She went out to buy a large Christmas tree for the villa (even though there was already a small one there) as she wanted our little girl (15 months) to have a proper tree! Pang then went even further by ordering a toddler felt tree online so that our daughter could have her own special tree! Pang sorted out and collected takeaways and laundry for us, and even posted our postcards at the local post office. We were made to feel very welcome and our daughter received lots of special attention. It was expensive to stay here but worth every penny! Thank you for an amazing holiday!

“Everything was perfect!
Perfect place for our family holiday for my dads birthday. The staff were amazing, breakfast was awesome every morning, and the place is an absolute gem! Pool, pound area, large rooms, dining area. Right near the main road and beach. I would highly recommend this place.

“Fantastic! ”
Lovely quiet location with great accommodation and gorgeous views. The size of Koh Samui means that the whole island is easily accessible with many unspoilt beaches and the nightlife of Fisherman's Village which is only a short distance away. Have a drink by the pool whilst watching the amazing sunset and you'll find it hard to think of anywhere better to be. The staff are tremendous; very professional and helpful, yet at the same time, great fun. The quality of food prepared by the chef is excellent and sometimes you wonder why you bother going out to eat at all! Whilst Thai food is the mainstay, the chef likes a challenge and can do very good Italian food in particular. She loves the opportunity to cook something different so give her that chance!
