From the moment you enter the three-bedroom, contemporary styled Baan Maliwan you'll be captivated by the attention to detail and clever layout of the property, with beautiful beach views at every turn. Tasteful furnishings, décor, natural materials and colourful artwork complements the modern design.  

The villa covers three floors, with the main living area and pool on the second level. With interiors offering a fashionable blend of modern style and traditional Thai accents, the villa is accessed via a wooden gate that brings you to the entrance garden.  From here, a staircase leads up to the living and dining room, which opens to the swimming pool through sliding glass doors. The two guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the master suite is situated upstairs complete with a private balcony. The blue-tiled, 12-metre, infinity-edge pool is flanked by a white stone terrace, and furnished with beanbag loungers and shady parasols. An open-plan living room extends onto the pool deck and embraces the sea views through sliding glass doors, which allow for a boundless sense of space and light. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa by a coffee table, facing a Smart TV. A white dining table, with six sleek white chairs, overlooks the sea views.

Beyond the dining area is a fully fitted western kitchen with wooden units, black surfaces and chrome appliances. A central island doubles as a breakfast bar complete with high stools.

The villa's three ensuite air-conditioned bedrooms are comfortable and private, sleeping up to six guests. There are two double bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with twin beds that can be configured as a king. The ensuite bathrooms are all fitted with large walk-in showers, while the master bedroom suite has the additional luxuries of a private office area, a lounge area with a Smart TV, and a sunken bathtub positioned next to a picture window. Baan Maliwan is an idyllic holiday home for families and friends alike.

  • Rates include welcome drink and fruit basket, WiFi, and daily breakfast.

  • Check-in: 3pm | Check-out: 11am

    Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

    Check - in Time: From 10:00 am and onwards

    • US$ 200++ includes access to living room and pool

    • US$ 350++ includes access to living room, pool, 1 bedroom, dining area and chef service for lunch

    • Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

    Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m

    Rates are subject to 17.7% government taxes and service fees

  • Chef service costs THB1,500++/Meal or THB 2,500++/Day and subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Please take note that advance booking for chef service is required and it is subject to availability of chef.

    Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

  • Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.

    No laundry facilities are available on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

  • Each extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person inclusive of daily breakfast.

    Under 2 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.
